How can I safely do squats at home? - compound exercise routine
A gym is out of question. I currently have a bank and a lot of weight at home, and my routine consists of compound exercises like bench presses, rows, deadlifts, military presses and squats. However, no currently squatting in a cage and my basement, this material is very large memory (even though he try, could free up disk space.) Suggestions?

Weight can be used instead of an exercise bar, the disproportionate pressure on the neck. It would also be useful if you use a mirror to see your way while you perform the exercise. Space is not a problem, you can also just stop sitting on a chair before you really feel (if you know what I mean).
I do not know whether this will be useful, but I thought it a go!
Good luck!
If you do not get a power rack, then a squat rack and get some security in place. You can also have a couple of your local department of their home security.
